Another idea is to bind mount some loop file or external SD card partition e.g. But never touch mmcblk0p1 or any other partition related to SoC or bootloaders. I have used them in past to alter partition size.file:///data/my-sample-ota-builds-dir/ota-002.zip. In this sample app url is expected to point to file system, e.g. SystemUpdaterSample app downloads OTA package from url. In most cases it should be located at /data/user/0//files/configs/. The directory can be found in logs or on the UI.
